Get the best of both worlds by following one of our workout plans on your own but with regular in-person or online Personal Training/Check-In Sessions!

Need help creating an effective program, ensuring good form, tracking your workouts, and staying accountable to your goals? Want to boost your progress potential by meeting with us in person or online on a regular basis then completing the rest of the workouts on your own, following a plan we design for you? We've got you! We combined our personalized training plans with our personal training option to create this hybrid approach! Complete most of your workouts on your own following our plan, with the added benefit of meeting with us 1:1 on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis for personal training sessions and check-ins.

Here's what you can expect:

  • Start with a free consultation to discuss your goals, personal health profile, where you'll be working out, and what equipment you have available.


  • Personal training sessions are 30-60 minutes long and can be completed in-person or virtually. Sessions can be used as a personal training session to supplement your own workouts, and/or to check your form, and/or review your progress and make changes as necessary. 

  • You will also receive a workout plan with workouts to complete on your own.  Each workout plan is designed with your specific goals in mind, either at home or at the gym. Workouts are changed on a recommended schedule to maximize gains and to ensure you never get bored with your workouts! 

  • These workouts are perfect for beginners looking to really crush those fitness goals and for those who are familiar with the gym but may have difficulty coming up with their own workouts, have plateaued with the progress, or who have struggled with consistency and accountability.

  • All workouts, including instructional videos on how to perform each exercise, are loaded into our state of the art mobile fitness app, which our clients can access for free. Easily view and track your workouts, monitor your progress, and upload progress photos and measurements, all within the app!

  • Communicate with us through the app messenger system anytime and we will be right here to motivate you and answer any questions you may have.

  • Perfect for reshaping your body, shedding body fat, and putting on lean muscle (depending on individual goals, of course!)

  • Receive free fitness tips, nutritional information, and motivational advice!

  • Accountability! This is huge! Not only will we be here to guide you, but we will be monitoring your progress and updating your plan as appropriate to ensure you continue to crush those goals! 

  • 3 month minimum commitment.
