Personal Training

Personal training sessions are available in two locations for your convenience. Choose from our private home training facility or at GoodLife Fitness in North Bay.

Personal training sessions are 60 minutes long and are tailored to your goals. 30 minute sessions are also available. Please contact us about partner/small group training!

Within our private gym, children are welcome!
