DR. SHANNON LANDRY, PhD
Dr. Shannon Landry is Certified Sports Nutritionist, Fitness Coach, and a Professor of Nutrition and Social Sciences. With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Shannon uses evidence-based strategies to design custom fitness and nutrition plans tailored to each individual's specific needs, goals, and lifestyle. She is a proud mother of 3 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, a Master's Degree in Psychology, and a PhD in Nutrition Science, in addition to numerous certifications in the areas mental health and neurology, addiction, and education.
Shannon's mission is rooted in empowering her clients to take ownership of their health and wellness as a means of attaining real, sustainable change, and she is passionate about helping her clients to stay motivated, overcome obstacles, gain confidence in the gym, create sustainable eating habits, and achieve lasting results.

Justin Landry is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fascial Stretch Therapist with over 10 years of experience providing personal training, bootcamps, educational workshops and online coaching. He also holds TRX and Pre-Script Coaching certifications. In addition to online coaching, Justin provides personal training out of both Goodlife Fitness in North Bay and our private home studio.
Justin’s personal training philosophy goes beyond simply going through the motions and counting reps. It focuses on attention to detail, staying up to date with current research on innovative training methods and nutrition, and by empowering my clients with the knowledge, skills, motivation, guidance, and resources to assist them on their journey to a healthier life. Whether your goal is to lose 20lbs, increase strength, improve posture and performance, or to build your ideal physique, Justin can help you challenge yourself to meet your fitness goals through the integration of a targeted, individually designed exercise program.

Our workout plans are perfect for anyone from beginners to athletes and can be designed for both home and gym workouts. All coaching is done online through our free mobile app where you can easily track your workouts and/or meals and communicate with us anytime. Our nutrition plans are tailored to you, your goals, and your food preferences. A digital recipe guide is also included.
